  • Amber Olomon – Executive Director


    With 15 years of leadership in assisted living and memory care, Amber is passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. She holds a Master’s in Aging Services Management from the University of Southern California, bringing expertise and innovation to senior care. As Executive Director, she is dedicated to fostering a community where residents thrive, and employees feel valued. Outside of work, she stays busy juggling “mom-life” alongside her firefighter husband, their two energetic young boys and their beloved dogs. She has a passion for good wine and travel.

    Shown with Amber is Kona, our beloved Chief Canine Officer, bringing comfort, joy, and plenty of tail wags to our community. Whether making the rounds for belly rubs, keeping an eye on daily operations, or offering a calming presence, Kona is an essential part of the team. When off duty, she enjoys naps, tasty treats, and quality family time.

  • Amy Kivirahk – Lifestyle and Leisure Director


    With over a decade of dedicated service at Bridgeport Place, Amy Kivirahk is passionate about creating enriching experiences that help residents thrive. From theater outings and dining excursions to creative crafting and engaging fitness activities, she ensures every day brings joy and fulfillment.

    Outside of work, Amy enjoys crocheting, staying active in her church, and taking peaceful walks with her dog, Dali, at Steilacoom Park. She also loves traveling with her husband, and volunteering as a booster mom at her daughter’s high school.

  • Beth Pinard – Wellness Director


    Beth is an experienced nurse with 20+ years of dedication to patient care. Originally from the East Coast, she has a passion for travel, always seeking new adventures and experiences. Music is a big part of her life, whether it's discovering new artists or enjoying her favorite classics. A devoted dog lover, Beth finds joy in the companionship of her furry friends. Whether she's exploring new sites, unwinding with music, or caring for others, Beth embraces life with compassion and enthusiasm.

  • Marty Stewart – Sales and Marketing Director


    A Gig Harbor native, Marty graduated from Peninsula High School before earning a degree from Washington State University. With a long career in the insurance industry, including executive leadership roles, Marty made a significant impact in the field. Now with nearly three years in Senior Living, Marty is passionate about connecting with seniors and hearing their incredible stories—about their families, careers, and life experiences. Driven to make a difference, Marty strives to add value and contribute to the success of this exceptional team.

  • Leslie Jo Thompson – Maintenance & Housekeeping Director


    With over 20 years of dedicated service, Leslie Jo is the Housekeeping and Maintenance Director at Bridgeport Place. A true multitasker, she wears many hats, going above and beyond her regular duties. In addition to ensuring the building is well-maintained, she organizes events like movie nights and Luau’s, coordinates the Veterans Wall, and decorates the community with seasonal themes that bring joy to residents and staff alike.

    Outside of work, Leslie Jo has a passion for fishing, crabbing, and shrimping. She’s also an avid photographer and loves cooking for others. She is deeply passionate about her work and holds the residents, their families, and her coworkers close to her heart, making a lasting impact over the years with her care and dedication.

  • Martha Sims – Business Office Manager


    Martha has a passion for building meaningful connections and strong bonds with residents, families, and coworkers. A Pacific Northwest resident for over 30 years, she finds joy in the beauty of the mountains, the Sound, and everything in between. She has a love for all kinds of food and enjoys taking peaceful walks in the forest. She and her husband have been together for 40 years and live in Kitsap County with their energetic Border Collie, and affectionate cat.

  • Patrick Griffin – Culinary Services Director


    Patrick holds a culinary degree and a dietary management degree and has over 20 years of experience as a chef. Born in Kaiserslautern, Germany, he has a deep appreciation for both tradition and creativity in the kitchen. His passion lies in the transformation of simple ingredients into masterpieces, nourishing both body and soul. To Patrick, “a recipe is merely a guideline—true artistry comes from creativity.”

    Beyond the kitchen, Patrick loves hiking the mountains around North Bend and Mount Rainier with his wife and spending time at the beach with his grandkids. Cooking is more than a profession, it’s a way of bringing joy, one dish at a time.
